Last round, The only 13.7 uber that had their placement changed was Gravi who moved from A to A+. Esoteric Uril early goes a long way and Gravolodon gets you that. Next up is Emperor Cat. Vote on where you think Emperor cat deserves to be in the tier list and tell me why if you can. Rules in case you don't remember:
Vote on where the uber goes on the tier list based on viability
The placement with the most votes is where that uber goes on the tier list.
If there's a tie, I will do some goofy thing to decide the tiebreaker.
You can only vote for a tier that is listed in the tier list
The next set of ubers is decided by a wheel that was rolled (the order is already set now)
If you have any more questions, ask me.
Will just restart the pinglist here. I'll post this on Fandumb as well to tell people that I'm migrating here.

High B low A, prolly about as good as Miyamoto so A. A little inconsistent but when he works he does wonders, there's a reason he used to be considered the best, even if he was overrated

Yk why those people complain so much about slow ubers? Cuz they suck. The people, I mean. Fast ubers are easy to use, tap and get instant gratification, sure it's helpful for LD, but there's also people who think fucking Yukimura is top 10, despite basically being 4k dps (since he gets about 200k damage whenever deployed with 50 second cooldown) "bbb but he's fast!" And? My Ramen spam deals more damage over the entire battle smhsmh. The only thing he has going for him, is racism and being easy to use. However, these people can't stand a unit that has the slightest amount of difficulty to use, like Anubis who just needs you to not test him on a fucking henry stage or a stage with mostly high kb enemies, and yet some people just can't do that. Same reason some people somehow call Tyrant worst Legend Rare. Akuma is right fucking there!! I digress, these people hate Tyrant because they can't handle even the slightest amount of being kinda hardish, not really, to use, and rather than looking at how high his highs are and how he will often hit the higher end, they prefer to look soley at the lows because they're pissey that they bad at the game
