When should I try for Aku Realms? And how should I do it so I don’t go insane?

Id recommended atleast starting aku realms after you've beaten itf and gotten all of its treasures, and getting most key gacha units like can can, camera, Ramen, etc. Once you've gotten those then play akure realms in the background while doing cotc and sol. Eventually you'll get through it as you progress through the game.
